  • By placing an order, the Customer makes an offer to purchase our Services subject to these Terms.

3.2 Acceptance of the Order

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Upon acceptance, a contract between the Customer and us is formed, and we will confirm the order via email.
  • The contract is only binding once the Customer receives an order confirmation from us.

3.3 Modification or Cancellation

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified unless we expressly agree to it in writing.

6. Customer Rights and Obligations

6.1 Customer Warranty

6.2 Use of Content

  • The Customer grants us the right to use the information provided for the sole purpose of creating the family tree product.
  • The Customer retains all rights to their personal family data, and we will not use this information for any other purpose without the Customer's consent.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Refund Policy

  • Due to the personalized nature of our Services, once an order has been processed and delivered, the Customer is not entitled to a refund unless the product is defective or does not match the order specifications.

7.2 Defective Products

  • If the delivered product is defective or does not match the order details, the Customer must notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will either correct the defect or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
